FLOW or VINYASA practices are more movement based classes, linked with the movements of sun salutations. My flow classes are very alignment based and slower than some flow practices. While they can be adapted to all levels of practice, they are more physically demanding and best for those free of most injuries and medical conditions.
This will be my last few weeks teaching this class. the wonderful Katie McNamara will be taking over in June. It's been wonderful to start the morning with you the last few years, and I hope to see all of you soon!
