I offer a variety of classes in the following Seattle neighborhoods.

VASHON

8 - 9:15 am

LEVEL 2 VINYASA YOGA

VINYASA practices are more movement based classes, linked with the movements of sun salutations. My flow classes are very alignment based and slower than some flow practices. While they can be adapted to all levels of practice, they are more physically demanding and best for those free of most injuries and medical conditions.

9:30 - 10:45 am

LEVEL 1 HATHA YOGA

4:30 - 5:45 PM

GENTLE/RESTORATIVE

RESTORATIVE poses are adaptations of poses fully supported by props to create a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing. They balance the nervous system and facilitate healing and awareness. These poses are easily adapted for all levels and all bodies and are often used therapeutically.

SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER

TUESDAYs

1 - 2:15 pm & 2:30 - 3:45 ~ GENTLE YOGA AND WELLNESS

MS Center, Swedish Medical Center, Cherry Hill

This class is designed around the needs of MS and other neurological challenges, but also appropriate for anyone who might need an especially gentle, chair-friendly and wheelchair-friendly class. Standing and floor work is optional, and all of the practices are adapted to the needs present.

QUEEN ANNE

9:30-10:35

HANDS FREE HATHA FLOW- rest your wrists!

If you have struggled with classes that hurt your wrists, elbows, or shoulders, this class is for you!

We will use the tools of yoga to create an active, mindful practice that will both keep weight off your hands and address ways to heal, align and strengthen!

ALL LEVELS is a class in which I adapt to a range of experience, from people just beginning to those who have years of practice. I offer a range of options and modifications to help each student discover their practice. Unless Specified, All classes are adapted for all levels.

CORE CONNECTION:This class focuses on the physical “core” as a connection to our emotional, mental and spiritual sense of center. The yogic approach balances inner and outer strength and mobility with awareness and a sense of openness and fluidity.
