Focus: Sacral center and pelvic balance

This focus encompasses stabilizing physically, but also energetically connecting to the deep center and the fluid strength of water. This also involves practices to create support and flexibility in the deep core, including the pelvic floor, and easing pelvic inflammation. This space is both personal and relational, so innately brings a sense of working with boundaries and connection. 

This is a basic, beginning class- all are welcome.
