Join me for a therapeutic yoga workshop to nourish you wherever you are in navigating the changes of menopause. We will explore practices for hot flashes, joint pain, and pelvic floor shifts among other signs; but especially the ways that stress can impact our responses to hormonal change.- and how yoga can help to mitigate this with movement, breath, and self-understanding. For those just beginning this transition to those beyond, this workshop will explore our self relationship in the process of the transformation of aging.

Practice will be designed around the needs of participants.
This is a 6 week session. No drop ins.
