Join me at Vashon Island Tree Of Life (we have air conditioning!) for a FREE, drop in practice of cooling, restorative practices. This is drop-in only, and there is room and supplies for 15 max. Come early, and enjoy a refuge from the crowd and the heat.

Our space is fully accessible, and I welcome and have experience with a wide spectrum of access needs. Our restrooms are all gender.

Restorative poses are fully supported by props, allowing the body to release tension and restore your nervous system.
