Join me this Monday for community, centering and nurture. “When we share space, we create a shared nervous system.” —Dr.Sará King.
We will return to in-person only on November 19.
In this affinity class, open to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, we will create a shared space for solidarity and self-connection.
We will use movement, breath, mudra (hand gestures) and meditation to hold space for ourselves as innately complete and whole.
THIS WILL BE A QUEER ONLY SPACE. Practice is adaptable to all mobilities.
I (Deborah King, C-IAYT) am a queer, cisgender, bi/pansexual, white, solo polyamorous yoga therapist. I specialize in interpersonal trauma. In addition to my private practice, I partner with The Dove Project to offer workshops to survivors, and with Swedish Medical Centers to offer practices to those navigating multiple sclerosis, cancer, and postnatal mental health challenges. I have over two decades of experience working with all mobilities, and my passion is the innate wholeness of each individual.
I am a proudly neurodivergent single mother, with two amazing kids, raised with the help of our notorious cats.
