I welcome all people to this practice. I openly affirm my solidarity with all bodies: all races, all mobilities, all genders, all sexualities, all ages, all sizes. The affirmation of our identities is a gift we give with our lives to ourselves and to those around us.

My own identities include: white, cisgender, Queer, Bi/Pansexual,solo, multi-partnered, neurodivergent, disabled without mobility CHALlenges, single mother,Survivor.

My commitment to my practice is insepArable from my commitment to dismantling white supremacy, ableism, misogyny, Transphobia, homophobia, ageism, and all socially constructed hierarchies That create oppression in both myself and the world around me. This, like yoga, is a lifetime practice of love, discord, and accountability.

It's A New Day

I have been doing yoga since I was a young child. My practice has helped me manage dual careers as a yoga teacher and professional actress, along with the blessings and challenges of motherhood, marriage, divorce, and solo parenting.

In the PAST 20 years the call to deepen my relationship to yoga and the healing arts has led me to the field of Yoga Therapy and I am blessed to be Certified by the international Association of Yoga therapists and offering therapeutic, individualized yoga programs in many diverse settings..
